Eshelman’s Transportation, Inc.

Posted on Feb 23

This is a project we completed in February 2010 for Eshelman’s Transportation Inc. who asked us to install an epoxy coating system.

We started by preparing the floor. This involved blasting and grinding the edges of the floor. One area of the floor even had a 1″ belly, so we had to level it prior to the coating system. Next, we applied a primer to help make sure that the epoxy coating system adhered to the existing concrete floor. After that, we began the epoxy coating and flaking process.

Once we had balanced coverage across the floor, we removed the excess flakes from the floor surface by buffing the floor. Finally, we applied some sealer coating and called it a wrap. The final result was a beautiful ivory, carmel, and autumn brown floor epoxy coating system.
